Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) seeks a Shift Supervisor for its Deerfield, MO facility. The role supervises safety, quality, and production processes across the shift, leading a team of production staff on a 4-day on/4-day off, 12-hour night schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in food production/manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to analyze information quickly to provide feedback and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods, lift 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in confined spaces with respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff during shift.
• Ensure safety, GMP, HACCP, FSMA and SQF compliance and daily plant operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization efforts.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and inventory control teams.
• Assist with scheduling and daily production records.
