Job summary

ADM Colby, Wisconsin seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the production team, ensuring in-process and finished products meet quality specifications and customer requirements. You will coach staff, assign duties, and monitor safety and compliance with SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards on the plant floor.

Collaborate with Quality, Safety, and Maintenance to drive continuous improvement, optimize schedules, and manage documentation while aligning with ADM policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience to guide production personnel.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels.
• Experience implementing SOPs, GMPs, HACCP and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications, guidance, and coaching to the production team to meet quality and customer specs.
• Determine and communicate operator schedules, duties, and workflow; coach and review written instructions.
• Ensure training in SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, Food Safety, Allergen, Safety; uphold company policies.
