Job summary

Elements of Byron is seeking passionate waiting staff to join Azure, our signature restaurant and bar, for evening and dinner service in a vibrant resort setting.

We require availability of at least four days per week, a valid NSW RSA, and experience in high-end dining or resort/hotel environments. You will guide guests through our menus, maintain impeccable service standards, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Australian permanent resident / citizen preferred
• Working Holiday Visa welcome with 4–6 month commitment
• Fine dining or high-end restaurant experience essential
• Hotel or resort experience is a plus
• Current NSW RSA and driver’s licence
• Availability at least 4 days per week with evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Confidently guide guests through food and beverage offerings
• Assist with dietary requirements and upsell where appropriate
• Deliver exceptional service on restaurant floor and pool areas
• Maintain clean and organised tables, cabanas, and sections
