BYD Wangara, part of Eagers Automotive, is seeking a Warranty Administrator on a full-time basis. You will manage warranty claims, validate documents and liaise with service teams and manufacturers to ensure timely approvals and accurate processing.

You will work with multiple systems, maintain records and support continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer outcomes in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, ideally in automotive, service, warranty or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Team-focused yet capable of working independently when needed.

Responsabilités

• Process warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes.
• Review and validate repair orders, supporting documentation and claim submissions.
• Monitor warranty transactions and identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with internal departments and manufacturer representatives regarding warranty requirements and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies.
• Reconcile warranty payments and assist with reporting activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across administrative and operational processes.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
