Job summary

BYD Harmony Auto Australia, at its Noosa flagship, seeks a Parts Interpreter/Warranty specialist to drive efficient parts operations and warranty handling. You will coordinate with multiple departments and external partners to ensure accurate data, timely orders, and quality customer service.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience in automotive service, parts, or warranty processes. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with EPC are important.

Qualifications

• Automotive or related college degree or above.
• 2+ years in automotive repair services or related industries.
• Experience in automotive service, parts, or warranty operations preferred.
• Strong customer communication and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage client relationships and support workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise after-sales parts department and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage BO, SO, FO ordering and tracking.
• Oversee daily inbound/outbound parts operations and end-of-day inventory tasks.
• Use EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) and maintain dealer computer systems.
• Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts with finance and report results.
• Inspect inventory, shipping, and receiving areas weekly.
• Track ordered parts and manage external products.
• Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
