BYD Gympie, part of Harmony Auto, invites energetic Sales Consultants to join our showroom team in Gympie, Queensland. You will educate customers on our electric vehicle range, guide them through the purchase journey, and coordinate test drives.

We value strong communication, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sustainable tech. Drivers license required; weekend availability expected; automotive sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Proven experience in car sales is ideal, but a genuine passion and willingness to learn will be supported.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for technology and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with showroom customers, provide in-depth information and demonstrations of our EV range.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers, follow up on leads to drive sales.
• Understand customer needs and budget to recommend suitable vehicles and highlight features.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and provide a detailed orientation on operation and maintenance.
• Meet sales targets and participate in meetings and training sessions.
