Job summary

Harmony Auto (BYD Noosa) invites energetic Sales Consultants to join our Noosa showroom, promoting premium electric vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will demonstrate EV features, understand customer needs, and guide buyers through the end-to-end sales journey, including test drives and CRM documentation.

We value strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

Current driver's license and a good driving record.
Proven experience in car sales is ideal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in premium or luxury retail (automotive experience a plus).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing brand.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers on showroom floor with EV product demos.
Build and maintain relationships, follow up on leads.
Understand customer needs and budgets to recommend vehicles.
Stay updated on new models and industry trends.
Guide customers through the sales process including test drives and CRM documentation.
Deliver exceptional service before, during and after sale.
Meet sales targets and participate in meetings and training.
Assist with marketing activities, promotions and product launches.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and provide orientation on operation.
Keep showroom organized and collaborate with finance and service.
Share customer insights with team.
Other ad hoc tasks related to sales.
