Qualifications

• Current driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in car sales is ideal; willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about technology and sustainable solutions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with showroom customers, providing in-depth information and demonstrations of electric vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers, following up on leads to drive sales.
• Understand customers’ needs and budget to recommend suitable vehicles, highlighting key features.
• Stay updated on new models and industry trends to enrich customer interactions.
• Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase, including test drives and CRM documentation.
• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Meet individual and team sales targets, participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with orientation on operation and maintenance.
• Keep the showroom organized, collaborate with finance and service departments, and share customer insights with the team.
• Contribute to achieving team goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.
• Other ad hoc tasks related to sales.
