Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or dealership operations.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales and service processes in automotive environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with dealership software such as Pentana or Reynolds & Reynolds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing dealership operations across sales, finance, service and parts.
• Ensure staff follow policies and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support recruiting, training and mentoring of dealership employees.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability against targets.
• Develop strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction and staff productivity.
• Manage daily administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling and stock.
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental and safety standards.
• Assist in planning marketing strategies and dealership events.
