Job summary

Harmony Auto Australia, home to BYD Homebush, is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our EV team. You will educate customers on our electric vehicle range, demonstrate features, and guide them through the purchase journey from inquiry to test drive.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for sustainable technology, the ability to work weekends, and fluency in Mandarin. A valid driver's license and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Enthusiasm for electric vehicles and sustainable technology.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the showroom floor, providing in-depth information and demonstrations of our electric vehicle range.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers, following up on leads to drive sales.
• Understand customers’ needs and budget to recommend suitable vehicles and explain features.
• Stay updated on new models and industry trends to enrich customer interactions.
• Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase, including test drives and CRM documentation.
• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and participate in sales meetings and trainings.
• Assist with marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.
