Job summary

Harmony Auto in Noosa is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to help run the dealership, supporting the Sales Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and delivering a premier customer experience. This role focuses on profitability, process optimization, and collaborative leadership within a luxury EV showroom.

You will supervise staff, assist in strategy, and contribute to customer relations, marketing plans, and events to promote the brand and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing dealership operations, including sales, finance, service, and parts departments.
• Ensure staff follow company policies and provide outstanding customer service.
• Support recruiting, training, and mentoring dealership employees.
• Monitor financial performance and meet dealership profitability goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance employee productivity.
• Handle customer complaints and elevate issues as necessary.
• Manage daily administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and safety standards.
• Assist in planning marketing strategies and dealership events.
