Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) & End User Services Specialist to support day-to-day workplace technology services and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on EUC operations, service coordination, and stakeholder engagement across Microsoft 365 and related tools.

You will work with external providers, manage incidents, and contribute to a quality end-user experience in a hybrid Docklands/Melbourne environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience in EUC, desktop support or IT service operations.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with incident management and escalation processes.
• Ability to coordinate with external providers and internal stakeholders to maintain service quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to explain tech clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee service provider delivery across EUC operations.
• Support deployment, configuration and lifecycle management of Windows devices and SOE.
• Monitor Level 1 and Level 2 incident resolution, coordinating troubleshooting and escalations.
• Support Microsoft 365 workplace technologies including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Coordinate workplace technology services including Teams Rooms, AV equipment, video conferencing and printers.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, service documentation and reporting; identify opportunities to improve service quality.
