Job summary

Frazer Tremble is seeking an experienced End User Compute & Collaboration Officer for a 6-12 month full-time contract in Melbourne. You will support and enhance a modern end-user computing environment across Intune, Autopilot, M365, and Entra ID, while engaging in collaboration tech and device lifecycle initiatives.

You’ll handle Level 2/3 support, manage endpoint configuration, and drive improvements with vendors and stakeholders. Office-based role with a focus on a positive user experience.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in desktop support and endpoint management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end.
• Strong communication and user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on Level 2 and Level 3 technical support
• Administering Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Managing endpoint configuration, compliance and application deployment
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID / Azure AD
• Maintaining collaboration, meeting room and end user technologies
• Supporting device lifecycle management and technology refresh programmes
• Improving technical documentation, processes and support practices
• Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the end user technology environment
