Milestone IT Limited is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an EUC Engineer to support and enhance its enterprise IT environment. The role focuses on Microsoft Intune, 365 administration, patch management and endpoint security, ensuring secure, stable and scalable end-user computing solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and modern endpoint management technologies.
• At least 2 years of enterprise application packaging and deployment experience.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
• Solid experience administering Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• A strong understanding of endpoint security, patch management, software lifecycle management and device compliance.
• Experience delivering or supporting EUC projects, including deployments, upgrades or technology rollouts.
• A good understanding of ITIL-based service delivery, supported by strong documentation, organisation and communication skills.
• A relevant IT qualification, industry certifications or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, compliance policies, security baselines and application deployment.
• Support and maintain Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Administer multi-site Active Directory environments and manage Group Policy Objects to support security and user configuration requirements.
• Package, test and deploy enterprise applications using Intune, MECM/SCCM and other endpoint management platforms.
• Manage Windows updates, security patching, update rings and feature releases while minimising business disruption.
• Maintain standard operating environments and support the lifecycle management of laptops, desktops, mobile devices and tablets.
• Contribute to device deployments, technology upgrades, workplace transformation initiatives and enterprise rollouts.
• Lead complex troubleshooting activities, maintain technical documentation and provide guidance to EUC administrators and support teams.

Milestone IT is partnering with a leading organisation to find a skilled EUC Engineer to support and enhance its enterprise IT environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, contribute to key EUC projects and help deliver secure, stable and scalable end-user computing solutions.

You'll play a key role in managing and optimising the modern workplace environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, application packaging, endpoint security and Windows update management.

The Role

In this hands-on technical role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise endpoint environments, improving device management processes and supporting the delivery of modern workplace initiatives. You'll work across a broad range of technologies, troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to projects that enhance system reliability, security and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Modern Workplace & M365: Configure and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, compliance policies, security baselines and application deployment.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Support and maintain Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Active Directory & Group Policy: Administer multi-site Active Directory environments and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to support security and user configuration requirements.
• Application Packaging & Deployment: Package, test and deploy enterprise applications using Intune, MECM/SCCM and other endpoint management platforms.
• Patch & Update Management: Manage Windows updates, security patching, update rings and feature releases while minimising business disruption.
• Endpoint & Device Lifecycle Management: Maintain standard operating environments (SOEs) and support the lifecycle management of laptops, desktops, mobile devices and tablets.
• EUC Project Delivery: Contribute to device deployments, technology upgrades, workplace transformation initiatives and enterprise rollouts.
• Technical Support & Documentation: Lead complex troubleshooting activities, maintain technical documentation and provide guidance to EUC administrators and support teams.

About You

You're a technically strong EUC professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving endpoint environments and working with modern workplace technologies. You bring a proactive approach, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in an enterprise environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
