Solutions+ is a growing technology consultancy helping mid-market organisations across Australia and New Zealand improve performance through ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, Wiise, MYOB Acumatica, SAP and related business applications.

The Business Development Manager role is focused on winning new customers across ERP, SaaS and consulting services, owning opportunities from prospecting through to contract signature.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in B2B new-business sales and closing complex consultative deals.
• Experience in ERP, SaaS, business applications, IT services or technology consulting (ERP preferred).
• Initiative, resilience and sound judgement in pursuing and qualifying opportunities.
• Commercial acumen, negotiation skills and confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
• Understanding of business processes and translating needs into outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Generate and convert new business through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, events and partner channels.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and grow selected strategic accounts.
• Lead consultative discovery and qualify opportunities against business needs, value and path to close.
• Lead customer presentations and solution demonstrations, develop proposals and negotiate through to close.
• Collaborate with solution and delivery teams to validate scope, pricing and commitments before handover.
• Deliver new-business and gross profit targets, maintaining a robust pipeline and forecasts.
• Stay current with ERP trends to identify opportunities and share market insights.
• Coordinate post-sale handovers of scope, commitments and expectations.
