Job summary

VitalEdge is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead customer engagements through the successful deployment of our ERP, DMS, and Integrated Rental solutions. You will analyze processes, configure systems, train users, and guide customers from kickoff to go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, Technology, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience implementing ERP, DMS, Rental Management, Business Management, or SaaS software solutions.
• Experience facilitating customer workshops, training sessions, and business process discussions.
• Strong understanding of business operations, workflows, and software implementation methodologies.
• Experience working directly with customers in a consultative capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer processes and requirements.
• Analyze current workflows and configure software aligned with best practices.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and implementation plans.
• Deliver virtual and on-site training and prepare customer materials.
• Support project delivery, milestones, and post-go-live activities.
