Job summary

Martian Logic, an Australian SaaS HRIS innovator, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the ANZ market. You will build relationships with Australian businesses, navigate buying processes, and close deals that enhance our all-in-one HRIS platform.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment, with uncapped commissions and a clear path for career growth, while enjoying hybrid work flexibility and strong support from marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• At least 1 year in SaaS sales.
• History of exceeding targets (120%+ quota).
• Genuine passion for outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CHROs, People Directors, CFOs).
• Ownership mindset, resilience and solution-oriented approach.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in the ANZ mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Build and qualify a high-quality sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and targeted campaigns.
• Lead discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, overcome objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to sharpen messaging and market positioning.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue with clear visibility to the business.
