Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience for purchasing, inventory, stock control or replenishment.
• Experience maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating stock takes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to manage priorities and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and replenishment through ERP based on stock levels and production demand.
• Raise and monitor purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and follow up deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Support production planning, material allocation and work-order coordination as knowledge grows.
