Job summary

Doolans Heavy Haulage seeks an experienced project lead to coordinate ERP implementation across the business. You will act as the primary liaison between the business and the software provider, guiding design, build, rollout, go-live and post-live support.

You will be the central contact for stakeholders, schedule meetings, gather requirements, document workflows and manage milestones. Strong communication, organization and change-management skills are essential to deliver a successful

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the business and the software provider.
• Coordinate all project communications and serve as the central point of contact.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Gather operational requirements from multiple departments and translate them into clear business requirements.
• Document workflows, procedures and implementation requirements.
• Monitor project milestones, actions and deliverables and ensure achievable outcomes.
• Assure accurate and prompt information flow between stakeholders.
• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting and user acceptance testing.
• Develop roll out and implementation plans.
• Create user guides, documentation and training materials.
