Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman seeks an experienced Project Delivery Lead to steer a major end-to-end ERP implementation for a Sydney-based financial services client. The role requires hands-on leadership across HR, payroll, finance and procurement, with mobilisation through go-live.

You will manage the ERP delivery partner, coordinate stakeholders, maintain momentum, and report to senior executives. Hybrid work and permanent residence in Sydney CBD are supported.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering major ERP implementations end to end.
• Experience across HR, payroll, finance and procurement modules.
• Hands-on delivery approach with governance and delivery cadence.
• Strong executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a major ERP implementation.
• Mobilise program, set plans, governance and cadence.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across HR, payroll, finance, procurement.
• Manage ERP integrator and vendors; drive risk management.
• Provide reporting to senior executives and run delivery forums.
• Remain hands-on throughout lifecycle.
