Job summary

Acer Computer Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Systems Implementation Specialist to drive the end-to-end implementation of proprietary ERP and CRM systems across the Oceania region. You will work with HQ teams and local stakeholders to gather requirements, design changes, and deliver value through improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing projects, timelines, budgets, and change management, with focus on data integration, training, and adoption by service

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Acer Proprietary Software Systems.
• Project Management experience and ability to lead projects.
• 3+ years in supply chain management; 2+ years in after-sales planning in IT.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and data handling.
• Good time management, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end integration process of various systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for system development.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for ERP/CRM implementations.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and launch of new systems.
• Implement change management strategies including training and communication.
