Job summary

MYOB is seeking an experienced Implementation/Services consultant to deliver quality consulting, implementation and training on MYOB applications for Enterprise clients. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager and drive adoption while managing risks.

You will assess, scope and prioritise workstreams, ensuring successful delivery of services and strong customer outcomes. Expect travel across AU and NZ to support customers and multi-project assignments.

Qualifications

• Several years experience in Implementation, Consulting or Services roles with an ERP product.
• Strong knowledge of MYOB Acumatica or similar ERP suite.
• Experience in client-facing projects and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality consulting, implementation and training on MYOB applications.
• Provide experienced advice and identify risks while driving adoption of MYOB platforms.
• Scope and prioritise time/resources to deliver services.
• Drive customer success and platform adoption across AU/NZ with integrations.
