Job summary

Chery in Sydney, Australia seeks an IT Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise IT environment across ERP, CRM, security, and endpoint management. You will balance day-to-day operational support with project-driven work in a growing IT landscape.

The role focuses on system deployments, end-user support, and technology rollouts, with hands-on work administering security controls, Microsoft 365, and business systems such as SAP S/4HANA and Pentana MDS. Australian citizen or PR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years in IT Specialist or IT Engineer roles in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft security and compliance platforms (Intune, Defender, Purview).
• Experience with ERP/business systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Pentana MDS.
• Strong Level 1/2 technical support and data administration capabilities.
• Proactive IT security, risk management, and compliant governance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise IT applications, provisioning, access control and lifecycle management.
• Manage IT security, endpoint configurations and compliance controls.
• Support ERP/business systems administration and data accuracy.
• Perform routine IT system maintenance and issue troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft 365 platform, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Participate in IT project delivery, deployments, testing and end‑user support.
