Job summary

HammondCare in Sydney is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Specialist - Adoption to lead the people side of change across multiple initiatives. You will partner with leaders to plan, communicate and embed new ways of working, assess readiness and address barriers to adoption.

The role sits in the Transformation Office and focuses on ensuring stakeholders understand transformation, monitor readiness, and sustain improvements with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience supporting organisational transformation initiatives across planning, implementation and adoption.
• Ability to assess change impacts across people, processes, systems and ways of working.
• Experience developing and coordinating change, communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Experience enabling leaders and managers to prepare for and lead transformation within teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex change into clear messages.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement & leader support to understand and lead transformation.
• Assess change impact and readiness, ensuring appropriate support before change.
• Deliver clear communications to build understanding and confidence.
• Coordinate activities for teams to transition to new processes and systems.
• Monitor adoption, identify barriers and reinforce ongoing change.
• Maintain enterprise-level visibility of transformation activity and risks.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future transformation approaches.
