NCS Australia is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major HR transformation program, overseeing the move from SAP SuccessFactors to Oracle HCM and SAP Payroll to ADP Payroll.

You will own the people side of transformation, ensuring employees, leaders and key stakeholders are engaged, prepared and supported throughout the change journey. You will develop strategies, impact assessments and readiness plans to drive adoption.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering large-scale HR transformation or technology-enabled change programs.
• Strong experience across HRIS, HCM, payroll or enterprise technology transformations.
• Experience managing change across multiple stakeholder groups and business functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, communications and readiness plans.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the people side of transformation, ensuring employees, leaders and key stakeholders are engaged, prepared and supported.
• Develop and deliver the change management strategy and roadmap across the HR transformation program.
• Lead change activities across the transition to Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and identify change impacts across business functions.
• Develop communications, engagement and change readiness plans.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders to build alignment and adoption.
• Support training, learning and capability uplift activities.
• Identify and manage resistance, risks and change-related issues.
• Partner with project and program leaders to ensure change is embedded effectively.
• Measure change readiness, adoption and business outcomes.
