Job summary

Tweed Shire Council in NSW is seeking a Business System Analyst to shape the future of its Enterprise Asset Management systems. You will work across technology and business teams to drive improvements, support ERP initiatives and deliver innovative solutions for asset management.

You will engage stakeholders, translate requirements into actionable changes, and help migrate to a modern TechnologyOne platform while ensuring data quality and fit-for-purpose reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or significant EAM experience.
• Experience supporting and integrating Asset Management, GIS and ECM platforms.
• Strong business analysis skills to gather requirements and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimisation of EAM systems.
• Identify business requirements and deliver innovative technology solutions.
• Coordinate data migration and system enhancements with vendors and project teams.
• Drive process improvements and champion asset management best practices.
• Provide expert advice and support strategic decision-making with asset information.
