Tweed Shire Council in Tweed Heads is seeking a Business System Analyst to shape its Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform, working across technology and business teams to deliver improvements and ERP initiatives.

You will lead the implementation and optimisation of EAM systems, gather requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and coordinate with vendors to ensure successful data migration and change outcomes.

Formación

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Strong business analysis skills
• Experience supporting/Integrating business systems (Asset Mgmt, GIS, ECM)
• Ability to gather requirements and translate to system improvements
• Experience developing reports and dashboards
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work on complex projects

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation and optimisation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems
• Identify business requirements and improve processes
• Support data migration and integration with TechnologyOne platform
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and project teams
• Champion best practice asset management processes and adoption of new tech
• Provide expert advice and enable strategic decision-making with asset information
