Tweed Shire Council is seeking a Business System Analyst to drive the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across the organisation. You will work with technology and business teams to deliver improvements, support ERP initiatives and implement innovative solutions for asset management.

You will lead requirements gathering, assist with data migration, and coordinate with vendors to ensure successful system enhancements and change outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or significant EAM systems experience.
Experience supporting Asset Management, GIS and ECM platforms.
Strong business analysis skills and ability to gather requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into practical system improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and optimisation of EAM systems across Council.
Identify business requirements and deliver technology solutions.
Support data migration and integration into TechnologyOne platform.
Collaborate with vendors, consultants and project teams.
Provide expert advice and champion asset management best practices.
