Job summary

Tweed Shire Council is seeking a Business System Analyst to shape the future of its Enterprise Asset Management systems. You will work across technology and business teams to drive system improvements, support ERP initiatives and deliver innovative solutions for asset management across NSW.

Based in Tweed Heads, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, optimise processes and ensure seamless data migration to TechnologyOne.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline, or significant experience managing EAM systems.
• Experience supporting/integrating Asset Management, GIS and ECM platforms.
• Strong business analysis skills to gather requirements and implement software solutions.
• Ability to analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, and translate needs into system improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at technical and non-technical levels.
• Able to manage competing priorities and collaborate on complex projects including procedures and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing optimisation of Enterprise Asset Management systems.
• Identify business requirements, improve processes and deliver technology solutions.
• Support transition of asset/project management systems into TechnologyOne platform.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and project teams for data migration and system enhancements.
• Drive asset management best practices and encourage adoption of new technologies.
• Provide expert advice and build relationships to support strategic decisions with asset information.
