Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Hire Controller/Coordinator for a busy equipment hire business in NSW. You will join a down-to-earth team focused on keeping equipment moving, serving customers, and running hires smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the equipment hire industry.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Professional, proactive and takes ownership.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries across phone, email and in person.
• Recommend equipment, prepare quotes and convert enquiries into hires.
• Manage bookings, contracts, extensions, off-hires, deliveries and collections.
• Coordinate equipment availability, movements, maintenance and returns.
• Maintain accurate rental, stock and contract records.
• Resolve issues quickly to ensure a smooth hire process.
