Job summary

Property Network of Australia is seeking an Equipment & Facilities Manager to lead the QSR group’s asset care and supplier performance across Sydney. The role is hands-on, supports operations, and drives safety, compliance, and cost control.

You will manage capital equipment lifecycle and support openings and refurbishments with strong vendor management. Ideal candidates bring proven facilities or asset management experience in foodservice, knowledge of maintenance standards, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, equipment, or asset management in QSR or foodservice.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety regulations.
• Experience with PPM and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Act as first escalation point for equipment and facilities issues in the state.
• Manage supplier and contractor performance and service standards.
• Monitor maintenance costs and equipment downtime.
• Oversee asset records, reporting, and capex planning.
• Support new restaurant openings and refurbishments.
• Champion WHS and Australian Standards compliance.
