Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with WH&S and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee contractor performance and service agreements across all sites.
• Drive ESG and energy efficiency initiatives portfolio-wide.
• Support development teams on new site infrastructure and fitouts.
• Conduct monthly contract reviews and management reporting.
• Resolve onsite technical issues and ensure a safe workplace.
