Property Network of Australia – Melbourne VIC is seeking an Equipment & Facilities Manager to oversee equipment and facilities within a fast-paced foodservice network. You will partner with operations to resolve issues, manage contractors, and drive cost-efficient asset lifecycle strategies.

The ideal candidate has experience in facilities, equipment, and asset management in foodservice/QSR, strong safety knowledge, and proficiency with maintenance and inventory software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities, equipment, or asset management in foodservice/QSR.
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with PPM & inventory management software.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Act as first escalation point for equipment and facilities issues in the state.
• Coordinate rapid response and replacement for equipment failures affecting trading.
• Monitor reactive spend, job volumes, and contractor performance.
• Manage supplier relationships, stock, and warranty processes under national agreements.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory, and Australian Standards.
• Support new restaurant openings, refurbishments, and electrification projects.
