No prior experience required; we value drive, ambition and attitude. The role features base + commission, training, career growth, and a hybrid Sydney office.

Responsibilities

• Consult businesses looking for office space.
• Manage enquiries, book and run office tours.
• Master sales, negotiations and deal closing.
• Build confidence on the phone and in meetings.
• Use our CRM (Salesforce and integrations).
• Nurture partnerships and industry relationships.
• Report on results and manage a pipeline.
• Use data to become an expert in your field.
• Guide workspace partners to success.
