Responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk Level 1 and 2 support for desktops, hardware, software and troubleshooting in schools.
• Assist Specialist Technician in tasks and resolutions.
• Support Notebooks for Teachers and Principals program on-site.
• Deploy system images, build/test/update in live environments.
• Contribute to technical documentation and participate in on-site installations.
• Provide basic server administration skills (password resets, printers, backups, network services).
