Job summary

Bega Valley Shire Council is seeking an Enterprise Systems Coordinator to lead planning and continuous improvement of the council’s enterprise applications, including corporate finance, CRM, GIS, and asset management systems. You will ensure these applications are fit-for-purpose, secure, and integrated with the council's Digital & Data Strategies and ICT Governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Diploma level or higher in IT, Project Management or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise application portfolios in a complex environment, preferably local government.
• Solid ITIL knowledge and secure‑by‑design practices (RBAC, patching, audit).
• Ability to lead and develop a small technical/applications team; coach super‑users.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and continuous improvement of enterprise applications (corporate, GIS, asset management).
• Manage system projects, vendor relationships and integration with business units.
• Deliver secure, fit‑for‑purpose technology solutions supporting operations and priorities.
