Job summary

Bega Valley Shire Council is seeking an Information Technology Coordinator to lead ICT operations, service delivery and cyber security across our regional council. Reporting to the Manager Digital Services, you will drive secure, reliable digital services for enterprise applications and information management.

You will provide operational leadership for infrastructure, end-user technology, vendor management and ICT planning, collaborating with the Enterprise Systems and Information Management

Qualifications

• Diploma level or higher ICT qualification with seven years’ experience.
• Experience managing ICT operations and infrastructure across a geographically dispersed network.
• Experience implementing IT service management (ITIL) to ensure governance and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT operations, service delivery, and cyber security controls.
• Ensure infrastructure and end-user technology are secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems and Information Management to deliver integrated digital services.
