We have an opportunity for an innovative individual to be responsible for the secure, reliable, and resilient operation of Council’s ICT infrastructure and end‑user technology environment. Reporting to the Manager Digital Services, this role leads ICT operations, service delivery, and cyber security controls, ensuring that Council’s platforms effectively support enterprise applications, information management, and business services. The Information Technology Coordinator works in close partnership with the Enterprise Systems Coordinator and Information Management Coordinator to deliver integrated, stable, and secure digital services.
As an Information Technology Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring Council’s ICT infrastructure, systems and technology services are secure, reliable and fit for purpose. You will provide operational leadership across infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user technology, vendor management and ICT planning, driving continuous improvement and supporting the delivery of effective technology solutions across Council.

We are seeking an individual who holds a Diploma level or higher qualification in Information Communication Technology (ICT) or similar level related qualification, along with seven (7) years' work experience in ICT or related field (indicative).
