Job summary

Greater Dandenong City Council is seeking an Integration Specialist as part of the Core Systems Replacement program to modernise Council's enterprise systems. The role focuses on designing, developing and supporting integrations across core applications to ensure secure data exchange and interoperability.

You will work with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to deliver scalable integrations that improve service delivery and decision‑making, with a strong emphasis on governance,

Qualifications

• Experience in integration development and support.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi and/or FME.
• Ability to work with APIs, data transformation and interoperability.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement system integrations across Council platforms.
• Configure and manage integrations using Azure, Boomi and FME.
• Support delivery of CSR integration components.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, security and governance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance.
• Develop technical documentation and integration patterns.
• Contribute to architecture and roadmaps.
