Job summary

The position is 18-month fixed-term and hybrid, reporting to the Lead, Enterprise Systems and Planning, with engagement across stakeholders to improve processes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise systems with configuration and user support.
• Ability to analyze and resolve system issues within established frameworks.
• Experience coordinating service desk activities and managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service desk operations and triage tickets.
• Configure and maintain enterprise systems and support new course setups.
• Perform data migration and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop reports and manipulate data for compliance and business needs.
• Review release notes and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Monitor system integrations and coordinate with UNSW IT and vendors.
• Document processes and contribute to improvements.
