The University of New England (UNE) in Armidale invites applications for a Student Systems Analyst to support, develop and maintain the student management system and ensure data quality. You will work with staff across the university and with software vendors to deliver service improvements and project enhancements.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement and delivering reliable information to support student

Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into system improvements (≤140 chars)
• Proactive liaison with software vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to collate and analyse data for reports to stakeholders
• Experience in maintaining and improving complex student information systems
• Strong communication and project coordination skills

Responsabilités

• Support, develop and maintain the student management system
• Liaise with staff across the University and with software vendors
• Represent the University in negotiations on service/support issues
• Collaborate on development projects with other universities
• Provide data quality assurance and reporting for student information
