Job summary

Housing Choices Australia is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Analyst on a 3-month maximum-term contract, based in East Perth. You will provide 1st/2nd level ICT support, manage incidents and service requests, and assist with Azure and Intune administration.

The ideal candidate has IT qualifications and 2+ years in service delivery, experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, and strong customer-focused communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Service Delivery within a medium to large organisation.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environments, Microsoft 365 applications, and SOE.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies.
  • Experience with user lifecycle management including MFA and access provisioning.
  • Experience using ITSM tools and working within agreed service levels.
  • Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality IT support by managing incidents, service requests, changes, and problem resolution within SLAs.
  • Provide hands‑on support for laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business systems.
  • Administer user accounts and cloud services including Azure and Intune.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain IT assets, software licensing, system documentation, knowledge bases, and backups.

The primary purpose of Enterprise Service Desk Analyst role is to provide 1st and 2nd Level service desk support for ICT incidents and Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfillment processes, in line with Service Deskobjectives.


This role will applyprofessionalexpertisewithin the Technology & Data Services department, supporting the implementation of strategicobjectivesand enhancingoperational effectiveness across Housing Choices Australia asappropriate.This is a maximum-term opportunity foran initial3-month period, with the potential for an extension beyond theinitialterm.



  • Deliver high-quality IT support by managing incidents, service requests, changes, and problem resolution within agreed service leveltimeframes.

  • Provide hands‑on support for laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business systems, ensuring users can work effectively and efficiently.

  • Administer user accounts, cloud services, and ICT environments, including Microsoft Azureand Intune,whilemaintainingsecurity and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external managed service providers to resolve complex technical issues and support technology projects.

  • Maintain IT assets, software licensing, system documentation, knowledge bases, and backup monitoring to ensure reliable and secure service delivery.


Desired Skills and Experience

You will have:



  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years’ experience in Service Delivery within amedium to largeorganisation.

  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environments, Microsoft 365 applications, andstandardisedoperating environments (SOE).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management, deviceprovisioningand modern workplace technologies.

  • Experience with user lifecycle management, including account provisioning, access management, password resets, group membership administration, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

  • Experienceusing IT service management (ITSM) tools and working within agreed service levels and support processes.

  • Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
