Job Description
The primary purpose of Enterprise Service Desk Analyst role is to provide 1st and 2nd Level service desk support for ICT incidents and Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfillment processes, in line with Service Deskobjectives.
This role will applyprofessionalexpertisewithin the Technology & Data Services department, supporting the implementation of strategicobjectivesand enhancingoperational effectiveness across Housing Choices Australia asappropriate.This is a maximum-term opportunity foran initial3-month period, with the potential for an extension beyond theinitialterm.
