Job summary

Anglicare WA in Australia is looking for a People & Culture Service Partner to provide expert HR advice and support a diverse service portfolio. This full time permanent opportunity is based in East Perth and supports flexible work arrangements, including working from home.

The ideal candidate is a qualified HR practitioner with exceptional communication skills and demonstrated experience in managing complex people challenges, coaching, recruitment support, and workforce planning.

The position offers a competitive salary starting at $104,188.50 per annum, plus benefits such as salary packaging and additional leave.

As a People & Culture Service Partner, you will focus on providing expert advice and support to a diverse portfolio of services. You will build deep, trusted relationships at every level of the organisation and provide the full suite of people services including specialist HR advice, coaching, recruitment support and workforce planning. We embrace innovation and you will have a high level of comfort working with ambiguity. When needed you will skilfully support challenging conversations to manage people issues and industrial relations challenges. Desired Skills and Experience

About you

Youare a passionate and talented HR practitioner, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build deep, authentic relationships.

You will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or Diploma in HR with relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding
• Demonstrated experience managing complex people challenges
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a diverse range of people
• Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting the development of managers
• Demonstrated experience interpreting ECA's, industrial agreements and awards (experience with the SCHADS Award will be highly regarded)
• Prior experience in the community sector, while not essential, will be highly regarded

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year; a WA Working with Children Check and a WA Drivers Licence.

• A competitive salary from $104,188.50 per annum + 12% superannuation (pro rata for part time)
• Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
