Job summary

HCF is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Frameworks to lead the ongoing development and embedding of the enterprise risk management framework. You will drive consistency across operational, technology, data, product and pricing risk, ensuring clear expectations and practical, value-adding risk practices aligned to our strategy.

In this role you will work with senior leaders, strengthen risk information capture and reporting, and help mature governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Professional certification or postgraduate study in risk management desirable.
• Experience in enterprise risk management and governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex organisation.

• Maintain and improve the enterprise risk management framework.
• Ensure policies, standards and risk practices align to strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to standardise risk across disciplines.
