Job summary

HCF is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Reporting & Analytics to lead the reporting and insights that inform Executive leaders and Board Committees about HCF’s risk profile. The role involves turning complex data into clear insights, identifying emerging risk themes, and shaping governance conversations to support informed decision-making.

You’ll work closely with Risk, Legal & Compliance and other teams to ensure reporting aligns with risk appetite and enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk reporting, risk analytics, governance or enterprise risk management within a regulated environment.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Executive, Board and committee reporting.
• Strong analytical capability with identifying trends, correlations and themes.
• Understanding of risk appetite, KRIs and governance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent written communication for senior audiences.
• Experience leading and coaching a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk reporting and insights for Executive leaders and Board Committees.
• Turn complex risk data into clear insights to support oversight and decision-making.
• Identify emerging trends and themes across risk data and governance processes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal & Compliance and other teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Improve reporting and analytics quality, consistency, and usefulness for governance forums.
