Job summary

HCF seeks a Senior Manager, Risk Frameworks to lead the enterprise risk management framework and ensure alignment with our strategy and regulatory obligations. You will collaborate with senior leaders to standardise risk across operations, technology, data, product and pricing, delivering clear, value-driven expectations.

You will improve how risk information is captured, reported and utilised, maturing governance practices and risk capability across the organisation while balancing strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, risk or governance related field.
• Professional certification or postgraduate study in risk management, governance, compliance, audit or related discipline is desirable.
• Strong experience in enterprise risk management, risk frameworks, governance or related discipline.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across a complex organisation.
• Experience developing, reviewing or enhancing risk frameworks, policies, standards and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and bring people on the journey.
• Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for lifting risk maturity across an organisation.

• Maintain and continually improve HCF's enterprise risk management framework.
• Ensure policies, standards and risk practices align to strategy and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and risk teams to standardise risk across disciplines.
• Clarify risk expectations and ensure they add value without unnecessary complexity.
• Strengthen how risk information is captured, reported and used across the organisation.
• Help mature risk capability and governance practices across HCF.
• Influence at a strategic level and partner with stakeholders to find better ways to work.
