Job summary

HCF Australia seeks a Manager, Risk Frameworks to lead ongoing development and governance of risk policies, standards and tools across the organisation. The role collaborates with business leaders and specialist risk teams to ensure frameworks remain practical, compliant, and aligned to regulatory requirements and HCF’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining risk management frameworks, policies, standards or procedures in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, risk assessments, controls, governance and risk appetite frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build trusted relationships across teams.
• Experience translating regulatory or risk requirements into practical guidance for the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Continuous improvement mindset to simplify and improve processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Law, risk Management, governance or related field.
• Professional certification or postgraduate study in risk management, governance, compliance, audit or related discipline is desirable.
