Job summary

HCF Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Reporting & Analytics to lead the reporting and insights that help Executive leaders and Board Committees understand the organisation's risk profile and focus on areas that matter most. This role goes beyond producing reports, turning complex risk data into clear insights that support oversight and decision-making.

You will work closely with Risk, Legal & Compliance and other teams to ensure risk reporting is accurate, timely and aligned with HCF's

Qualifications

• Experience in risk reporting, analytics and governance within a regulated environment.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Executive, Board and committee reporting.
• Strong analytical capability to identify trends and translate data into insights.
• Understanding of risk appetite, KRIs and governance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent written communication for senior audiences.
• Experience leading and coaching a small team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; professional certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk reporting and analytics for Executive leaders and Board Committees.
• Identify emerging risk themes and translate complex data into insights.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal & Compliance and other business units.
• Ensure reporting aligns with risk appetite and governance expectations.
• Shape governance discussions and support decision-making.
• Mentor a small analytics team.
