Job summary

Tyro Payments is seeking a Sales Engineer to help enterprise merchants and integration partners turn opportunities into live integrations. You’ll own the technical workstream from integration approach through to go-live, collaborating with customer engineering teams to move projects forward and remove friction.

You’ll focus on getting the first successful transaction faster by designing practical integration approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience with APIs and integration patterns.
• Ability to read code and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Comfort working with customer engineering teams and explaining technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical workstream for enterprise integrations from design to go-live.
• Design scalable, secure integration approaches that fit Tyro platform.
• Troubleshoot payment flows, APIs, webhooks, and reconciliation with customer teams.
• Advise on blockers and maintain momentum toward live integrations.
• Create reusable guides and reference implementations to improve developer experience.
