Stripe is hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead full onboarding cycles for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will design integration architectures, manage change and adoption strategies, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless deployment.

This role emphasizes technical fluency with APIs, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to guide clients from contract through launch while maintaining top-tier user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology/IT consulting with a proven record of excellence in handling strategic customers on technology solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements, with a talent for crafting tailored solutions.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large scale internet/software environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage several workstreams or engagements, track milestones and risks, and coordinate launches and handoffs.
• Design customer integration architecture, change management and adoption strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for the customer's project team and align business and technical stakeholders.
• Deliver technical workshops and educate users on best practices.
• Guide business design, training, and resourcing while balancing feasibility and value.
• Collaborate across Sales, Technical Services, Product and Engineering for successful transitions.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and go-live monitoring.
